We have created this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your personally identifiable information to help you have a clear understanding of your privacy as a Your Results Fitness website visitor.

Your Results Fitness may use the information that we collect to provide you with requested services, products, opt-ins to information we provide, to set up member accounts, reply to your questions and to contact you concerning our services and products. We also may use your information in the following ways:

-To send periodic emails to inform and educate you in topics you have opted in for and regarding your orders or other products and services

-To quickly process any of your communication with us

-To improve our website and services to increase the quality of your experience

-To personalise user’s experience and allow us to serve you the type of content and product offerings that you are interested in

-To enable you to download any of our offerings

-To keep our website secure and prevent fraud

-To personalise our advertising and content you see based on your non-personal information (ex. pages you visit).

We will never sell your personal information to any third party for the purpose of their or any other third party’s direct marketing.

Your Results Fitness uses Paypal and Stripe as our payment services provider to handle all of the websites financial transactions. We only share needed information with Paypal, enough to handle the processing of payments you make via our website, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

Information Disclosure

Your Results Fitness will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This may be for the following reasons:

-We have your explicit consent to share the information for a specified purpose

-We need to respond to court orders and other such legal requirements

-We need to protect the personal safety of the users of our websites or defend the right or property of Your Results Fitness.

-We detect that your actions on our websites or use of our products and services violate the Your Results Fitness Terms of Use or any of our usage guidelines.

This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website and services, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Security And Protection

Your Results Fitness website is scanned for security holes and known vulnerabilities regularly in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. The whole domain is protected by SSL-encryption to keep all your information safe.

Your Results Fitness also stores some collected information on secure third party provider’s (firewall and password protected) servers that use SSL-encryption to protect your information, this information is confidential.

Your Results Fitness also uses Paypal and Stripe for payment processing which is also protected by SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our website confidential and acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet, but will take reasonable technical and administrative precautions.


Your Results Fitness uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that a site or service provider stores on to your computer’s Internet Browser (if you allow them, of course) that enables the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognise your browser and capture and remember certain information. For an example, we use cookies to compile aggregate data about our site traffic and site interaction, so that we can offer a better experience to our visitors.

Your Results Fitness use cookies to:

-Compile aggregate data about our site traffic, site interactions and user experience in order to provide a better service and tools in the future. We may use trusted third party services that use this information on our behalf like Google Analytics, Paypal, Stripe and Facebook.

-To track the effectiveness of any of our advertisements, content and product and services.

Your Results Fitness occasionally, at our discretion, may offer or include third party links, products or services on our website. We have no control over and are not responsible or liable for their content, behaviours or policies as they have separate and independent privacy policies. Nonetheless, Your Results Fitness strives for the protection of our websites integrity and welcomes any feedback about these possible sites.

Google’s advertising requirements can be summed up by Google’s Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

Your Results Fitness do not use use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.

We have implemented the following:

We, along with third-party vendors such as Google and Facebook use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together

We do not use them for anything. Google AdSense is not installed. Google Analytics is used to track traffic.

Opting out:
If you would not like to use cookies, you can change your computers browser settings to delete and stop using cookies in the future. Other options are to have your browser to warn you each time a cookie is being sent. Disabling cookies usually have an impact on some features and services of some websites, but placing orders will still work.

If you would like to opt-out of Google Analytics tracking your visits, users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
